Click on Athletics

Click on Timberlake athletics page

Click on Student Registration

Go to Activity or Athletics Registration 

Register now

Create an account- Parent account

Go through and fill out all required fields 

Parent and student signature 

Submit Registration. 

HARD COPIES TO MRS. WALTON 

9th and 11th grade- Physicals and Impact tests 

10th and 12th grade- Interim questionnaire

Registration and hard copies must be submitted before August 10th- 1st day of practice. 

Impact Test are required for all Freshman, Juniors and any newly enrolled student. Impact Test can also be done at Lakeland Immediate Care (208-687-4878), you will need to call ahead of time and schedule an appointment.
